Welcome to TableTopCon! We’re thrilled to have you join us for a weekend filled with gaming, camaraderie, and fun. As we gear up for an amazing event, here’s everything you need to know to make your experience safe, enjoyable, and memorable. Let’s Be Safe:
Please follow all event policies, venue rules, and instructions from our staff.
Help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.
Avoid any behaviour that could pose a risk to yourself and others.
Spot something off? Reach out to our volunteers or staff immediately.
 

Be Cool:
Harassment of any kind is a no-go. Treat everyone with respect and kindness.
Respect personal space, boundaries, and property. No stealing, cheating, or disruptive behaviour.
Have loads of fun, but remember to take care of yourself.
 

Costume, Cosplay & Attire Guidelines:
Keep it family-friendly: attire should be appropriate for a public setting.
Footwear is required at all times, and costumes should allow for mobility and fit through doorways.
No sharp objects or anything that could potentially harm others.
Steer clear of offensive symbols, language, or behaviours.
 

Prohibited Items:
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
Smoking and vaping inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
 

No Flyers Zone:
Distributing flyers or conducting promotional activities without permission could lead to removal from the convention without a refund.
 

Security Matters:
Respect our security team and follow their guidance to ensure everyone's safety. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event.
 

Event Spaces:
Please leave rooms clean and set-up. Items left behind may be moved or discarded.
 

Lost and Found:
Lost something? Check with the staff or venue reception during the convention. Label your items with contact information to help us return them to you.
 

Anti-Harassment Commitment:
TableTopCon is dedicated to a respectful and safe environment. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated.
If you’re harassed or see someone else being harassed, you can ask them to stop, leave the area, seek our staff’s help, or report the incident to us at info@tabletopcon.com.

Attendee Info:
All attendees must wear their passes and/or wristbands at all times. These grant access to all event spaces.
Kids under 12 get in free with an adult, Children's tickets are available on the website.
Lost passes? Unfortunately, they can’t be replaced and must be repurchased.
No outside games will be permitted to be brought into the event.
 

Refund Policy for General Admission Tickets:
Email us at info@ttcon.com.au before May 20th, 2024. Tickets are non-transferable.
 

Liability Waiver:
By participating, you consent to be recorded and release TableTopCon from any liability. Follow all our rules and have a great time!
 

Event Hours:
The convention runs from 9 AM until 6 PM each day.
